I never write reviews but I feel this one needed to be done as I absolutely love this bag! as a mum to a 2yo and 10yo I know how hard it is to find the perfect bag for a toddler but this is it! It’s the perfect size, the side pockets fit drink bottles easily, has plenty of little pockets inside, fits his lunchbox and cooler bag for daycare with plenty of room for spare clothes/nappies and not to mention great quality! aswell as cute and comfy enough for mum/dad to wear! Such good quality! And a great size.
Whilst the overall sturdiness of the backpack is excellent (zip, stitching, material, personalised embroidery etc) and shipping was quick as advertised with a pre order item. The colour variance of the backpack advertised is disappointing and not what I was hoping to receive. The backpack I received is more of a lilac blue rather than a vibrant blue colour as advertised. Whilst I understand variances occur, the only part of the backpack which is as advertised is the elastic part for the drink bottle holders and personalised name. Should I have known this I would have ordered a different colour. I contacted the business once received and initially received a response from them, but unfortunately haven’t received a response since 3/12/24 after sending photos. The backpack was purchased for my son as his first backpack for starting daycare so unfortunately I’m disappointed. I would recommend checking directly with the business about current colour in stock to avoid disappointment.
