Postage | Returns | Pre-orders
Whilst we will do our best to prepare your orders as soon as possible, please allow 10-14 business days in addition to postage times for our corduroy range and 2-7 days for all other products.
All orders that include a pre-ordered item will be posted together, after the pre-ordered item has arrived. For all pre-order items, please add 5 days from ETA for personalisation.
Postage within Australia
We use a range of couriers, predominantly Australia Post and Sendle within Australia only. All items are posted from Adelaide.
Standard $10, Current (Australia Post) delivery times: 2-7 days
Express $15, Current (Australia Post) delivery times: 1-5 days
Free Shipping is automatically applied for orders over $200 (available within Australia only)
International Shipping
Shipping to selected countries is available at a cost of $25AUD for international orders. These countries include US, UK, South Africa, Canada and NZ.
Some products are excluded from international shipping due to their size and weight.
For international orders, Curious Grace Co reserves the right to delay shipping until necessary security measures are completed. This may involve obtaining confirmation from our merchants and requesting additional identification from customers as proof of address. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the order and a full refund will be issued.Please be aware that prices are quoted in Australian dollars and will be charged in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any applicable customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be incurred. It is recommended to contact your local customs office for further information. Curious Grace Co cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred, and in such cases, returns cannot be accepted. Returns – change of mind
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Return postage is at your expense. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months.
We can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalised or custom items, sale items, gift cards, or personal care products.
To start a return, email us at info@curiousgraceco.com.au before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know as soon as possible if anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Send your order number and photos to info@curiousgraceco.com.au.
If an item develops a fault after normal use, please contact us too. This applies to personalised items and sale items as well. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Where we ask you to return a faulty item, we'll cover reasonable postage costs.
Faults caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or not following care instructions aren't covered.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return the original (per the above) and place a new order.
