Whilst we will do our best to prepare your orders as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 days in addition to postage times. 

Postage within Australia
We use a range of couriers, predominantly Australia Post and Sendle within Australia only. All items are posted from Adelaide. 
Standard $10, Current (Australia Post) delivery times: 2-7 days

Express $15, Current (Australia Post) delivery times: 1-5 days

MNTL: Ranges from $20-$30 according to the weight.. 

Free Shipping is automatically applied for orders over $150, excluding MNTL. Unfortunately due to the weight of these products we are unable to offer free shipping. We hope that you can understand as a small business we are unable to wear these costs. 

International Shipping 

Shipping to selected countries is available at a cost of $25AUD for international orders. These countries include US, UK, South Africa, Canada and NZ.

Some products are excluded from international shipping due to their size and weight. 

For international orders, Curious Grace Co reserves the right to delay shipping until necessary security measures are completed. This may involve obtaining confirmation from our merchants and requesting additional identification from customers as proof of address. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the order and a full refund will be issued.Please be aware that prices are quoted in Australian dollars and will be charged in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any applicable customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be incurred. It is recommended to contact your local customs office for further information. Curious Grace Co cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred, and in such cases, returns cannot be accepted. Local Pick Up 
We also have an option for local pick up (in Glengowrie). This is available by appointment only though, so please contact us at to arrange accordingly. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be at buyers expense. Based on the nature of the return, only the product will be refunded, not the postage.

Damages, issues and faulty products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If approved, your refund will be held in store credit for 6 months.
